Mindy is the founder of Market MindShift, a boutique digital marketing agency, and podcast host of Persuasion in Business. She is a national speaker and has taught digital marketing courses to companies of all sizes. Mindy is the author of The Power of Scarcity: Leveraging Urgency & Demand to Influence Customer Decisions (McGraw Hill). She has been interviewed on Fox, NBC and ABC. She is a marketing instructor at Grand Canyon University and University of Denver, as well as a program leader for Columbia Business School and Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. Mindy has a PhD in psychology with an emphasis in technology.
